When: Saturday, September 20, 2008 Weigh-in will be per IBJJF.org rules . Competition starts 10:00 am
until we have champions!
Where: Blackburn Senior High School, 2606 Hamilton Street, Omaha, NE 68111
Who: Wrestlers, submission wrestlers, judo players, BJJers, etc. Gi/No Gi competitors.

Scott Morton vs Bruce Hoyer for the Best of the Best Absolute Championship!
No Time Limit! No Points! Win by Submission!
Scott and Bruce are both top representives of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Both have extensive grappling experience via national and international competition. Both competitors are purple belts, but the weight advantage goes to Bruce, who is 6'5 and he competes at 235 pounds. Scott has experience as a gi, no gi, and professional MMA competitor.
These two highly decorated practitioners will vie for the title in a no time limit, no points match. The only way to victory is by way of submission.
In addition, we will be presenting a Pro Middleweight Bracket featuring some very game players that will bring a high level of grappling to the arena.
Abu Dhabi Rules Will Apply!
$300 to the Winner, $150 to second
If you qualify, You can enter the bracket ($50 entry fee)
Mike Contreras, Bjj Brown belt from Chicago, IL. Out with a knee injury.
Brandon Cooley, a Bjj blue belt and pro MMA fighter who also began under Rodrigo Vaghi
Jon Menke, probably the most experienced of the group. Jon is a Rodrigo Vaghi Brown belt with experience on all levels of the bjj scene.
Jake Ellenberger, another blue best Vaghi practitioner with extensive MMA experience. He is a submission wrestling veteran in both the gi and no gi.
Allen Williams, an independent submission wrestler and pro MMA fighter. He's quick and strong and has confirmed that he's in the bracket.
These gentlemen will be competing for the title as the Best of the Best Middleweight Champion.
